About Us
Caring Together was established in 1995. As a neighbourhood network scheme, we aim to combat isolation and disadvantage among older people.
We do this by encouraging community involvement and participation in issues that affect their lives at both the planning and delivery stages.
We’ve been part of the Woodhouse and Little London community since 1995, supporting local people, bringing people together and helping older residents live well.
Each year, we support more than 400 members, helping people stay independent, active and connected to their community.
Our support is free and includes advice, companionship and practical help, as well as social activities, groups, trips and community events.
